- Đọc hiểu các tài liệu proposal, specs, design, Tham gia phân tích làm rõ yêu cầu
- Lập các bộ tài liệu test; Thực hiện test sản phẩm phần mềm;
- Lập kế hoach chi tiết cho test team, điều phối nguồn lực;
- Đảm bảo tiến độ và Chất lượng test của test team
- Xử lý tình huống phát sinh khi xảy ra lỗi;
- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ test và quản lý lỗi, Nghiên cứu và cập nhật các công cụ test mới và kiến thức mới hỗ trợ cho công việc;
- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo cho tester;
- Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình test;
- Giao tiếp với Project manager và quản lý cấp trên liên quan đến công việc test;
- Chủ động và tích cực với công việc chung của bộ phận, công ty
