    概要

    iOS アプリの成長に伴い、App Store の生産性アプリ部門で 18 位にランクインし、最近では Apple の 2025 Design Award でインクルーシブ性が認められました。そのため、新しいユーザー ベースのサポートと、不足している部分を前進させるための新しいエキサイティングなプロジェクトの作業を支援してくれるシニア iOS エンジニアが必要だと感じています。

    これは重要な役割であり、戦略的に考え、ペースの速い環境を好み、製品に関する意思決定に熱心で、ユーザーを満足させる優れたユーザー エクスペリエンスを構築した経験を持つ人にとって理想的です。

    • 主要なエンジニアリングおよび製品の決定を主導する機会
    • Speechify iOS アプリの製品版コードを積極的に出荷中
    • 専任の製品チーム内で作業する
    • 製品に関する議論に参加し、製品ロードマップを策定する
    • 既存の複雑なアプリアーキテクチャを維持および強化する

    • プロダクト思考。プロダクトの進化について思慮深い意思決定を行い、社内チームやデザイナーが正しい方向に進むようサポートします。
    • スピード。アイデアを素早く生み出し、どれが今すぐ出荷可能で、どれに時間が必要かを判断する方法を知っている。
    • 集中力。急成長中のスタートアップ企業で、多忙なリモートチームを抱えています。いつ、どのように関与すべきか、あるいは集中すべきかを知っています。

    • Swiftプログラミング言語
