Requirements
Able to commit to a full-time work schedule with flexibility between daytime and nighttime shifts.
Clear communication with team members. Always willing to give and ask for help.
A passion for customer service.
Respect for teammates and community members.
Self-awareness and self-discipline.
A commitment to safety in the working environment: good personal hygiene, cleanliness, care for health and food safety.
Empathy and compassion for peers, guests, and our neighbors.
Responsibilities
Open or close the cafe, including set-up and clean-up, as the shift requires.
Operation of the café equipment to prepare coffee, juices and teas, taking orders using POS, processing payment.
Operation of wine equipment to prepare and serve wine.
Maintain a clean working environment within the bar, customer areas and restroom.
Maintain food and health safety during the whole process of preparing drinks, food and working equipment.
Enthusiastic and open communication with general manager, owners, and teammates
Qualifications
No experience necessary in either the coffee industry or wine serving.
Confident speaking English - Japanese speakers are also encouraged to apply
Passion, sincerity, and thinking outside of the box
