    仕事内容

    *** 仕事内容
    - 技術的な診断/修理、取り付け、取り外し、および顧客への電話サポートを含む、納入された製品の保守と修理を実行します。
    - 部品の発注、在庫、在庫管理を支援します。
    - 電話サポート、在宅トレーニング、実施されるサービスの説明など、コピー機の適切な手入れと使用法についてユーザーを教育します。
    - 部品の在庫を管理し、オペレーションを呼び出し、関連する管理タスクを実行します。
    - 現場の手順に従って、納品された製品について顧客をトレーニングします。
    - 顧客満足度の確保
    - 協力してプロジェクトを完了する
    - 作業指示と労働データをコンピュータ追跡システムに入力します。
    ・その他直属の上司から依頼された業務。

    ***一般的な要件:
    - 同様のビジネス分野で少なくとも1年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方
    - 優れた技術知識、トラブルシューティングスキルを持っている
    - 優れた計画と分析スキル
    - 優れたコミュニケーション、交渉、プレゼンテーションのスキル
    - 良い組織、高い責任感、チームスピリット
    ・出張時は英語でコミュニケーションが取れる
