    仕事内容

    車両とドライバーの変更を監視および更新し、営業部門のスケジュールに従って運転をスケジュールおよび調整する
    車両やドライバーの譲渡・管理伝票を作成します。
    配車注文・レンタカーの契約を行います。
    書類を受け取り、奇数旅行の支払いを行います。
    部門で発生する問題について提案を行います。
    奇数出張の支払い手順を設定する
    下請契約の管理
    旅のログデータを入力
    更新管理ソフトウェア
    車両の技術的状態、車両の機器および材料、登録証明書、登録、保証、および道路維持の管理：ビジネスを行う際の有効性の確保
    車両の計画整備、修理、計画清算
    銅塗装の補修、自動車保険
    車両の定期的および不定期の一般的な清掃を整理する
    顧客、オペレーター、ドライバーへの車両引き渡しの実施
    車両のスタンピング、シーリング材、スペアパーツ。
    車検ミスによるトラブルを記録。
    車両履歴を定期的かつ継続的に更新します。
    ドライバーのチームを管理します。
    運転安全キットをセットアップします。
    設備管理：
    すべての車両の機器の整理、修理、新規インストール、修理、および GPS コントロール

    他のデバイスの制御を担当: DVD モニター、リバース モニター、GPS、

    その他の仕事:
    · 新しい車両を使用するようにドライバーをトレーニングします。

    · 特殊なツール、機械、設備 (ある場合) を使用するようにドライバーを訓練する

    · ステアリング ホイールを点検およびテストします。

    ・取締役会の要請に応じてその他の業務を遂行する

    報告：
    ・月々の維持費・修繕費プラン

    ・月々のメンテナンス・修理プラン

    ・自動車衝突事故の状況報告と補償費用、保険料

    ・登録、保険、道路通行料の月次満了報告
