仕事内容

Xây dựng và thiết lập quy trình quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm/giải pháp phần mềm.
Xây dựng bộ phận quản trị quy trình chất lượng
Tham gia tư vấn cho đội triển khai về quy trình và các checkpoint cho từng dự án cụ thể để bảo đảm dự án tuân thủ đúng.
Thực hiện kiểm tra check points việc tuân thủ các quy trình của từng dự án, cảnh báo các điểm không tuân thủ và gây rủi ro về chất lượng cho dự án.
Thu thập dữ liệu về các loại dự án, tận dụng để cải tiến cho các dự án sau đó.
Tham gia hỗ trợ đội dự án làm việc với khách hàng trong việc bảo đảm tuân thủ quy trình phần mềm đã thống nhất giữa hai bên.
