Tìm kiếm và phát triển các quan hệ đối tác khả thi để tạo ra các dự án bất động sản mới, tiến hành tìm kiếm nguồn cung ứng giao dịch
Quy trình Nghiên cứu thị trường, hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh và xu hướng của chính phủ về các tỉnh phía Nam nói chung
Quy trình Nghiên cứu thị trường và nghiên cứu tính khả thi của dự án mới.
Đối phó với quy trình cấp phép dự án từ chính phủ.
Phát triển các chiến lược tận dụng tài sản của công ty để phát triển các dự án mới.
Đưa ra các khuyến nghị với HQ về các hành động, mục tiêu và chỉ tiêu mới liên quan đến việc phát triển các dự án BĐS mới.
Chuẩn bị các báo cáo thường xuyên về tiến độ, ngân sách và các khoản chi tiêu liên quan đến việc quản lý các hoạt động phát triển bất động sản.
