仕事内容

主な説明責任
- 原材料の発注計画が実施されていることを確認し、厳密に監視します
- 予測、需要の変動、および材料のリードタイムに基づいて、最適な在庫レベルを決定および確立します

- 定期的にレビューし、リスクのあるアイテムや在庫を超えているアイテムを BU に強調表示し、アクションのフォローアップを行う
- 在庫レベルとサービスレベルのバランスを確保するための予測管理。
- 生産能力と顧客サービスを最適化するために、最適な生産計画を立てる
- すべての関連データが適切かつタイムリーに SAP に保持されるようにする
- すべての社内コミュニケーションの機密性。これには、他の関係者に対する商業問題や企業戦略が含まれますが、これらに限定されません。
- 自分のセクションがすべての HSE 要件と手順に完全に準拠していることを確認する
- 法律、規制、OHS&E 要件を遵守する
- マネージャーによって割り当てられたその他の職務

実施：
- 月次 S レポート (RM 発注プログラム) ミーティングとサプライヤー/会社間への PO の配置、および月半ばの S レポートのレビュー
- すべての BU との毎月の S&OP ミーティング
- 毎月の SLOB レビューと BU へのハイライト、アクションのフォロー
- 出荷、受け取り、マテリアルハンドリング、および割り当てられたその他の職務を含むサプライチェーン機能のバックアップサポートを提供する
- 材料マスターシステムの計画パラメーター (MOQ、リードタイム、安全在庫) の設定と維持
- 社内の顧客と協力し、ソリューション、リソース、代替供給オプションの推奨など、高レベルの顧客サービスを提供する
- 会社および調達のポリシーと手順へのコンプライアンスを確保し、促進する
- 完全な注文サイクルを指示、最適化、調整
- 品質、数量、在庫レベル、納期、輸送コスト、効率を追跡
- 法律、規制、OHS&E 要件を遵守する
