Chịu trách nhiệm tổng quan về chất lượng, mức độ phù hợp của chương trình giảng dạy;
Kết hợp với các điều phối viên chương trình liên quan để duy trì và nâng cao các tiêu chuẩn học tập thông qua việc giám sát và điều chỉnh khi cần thiết;
Chịu trách nhiệm về chương trình phát triển chuyên môn và đánh giá giáo viên;
Phối hợp với Hiệu trưởng và Điều phối viên Chương trình, đóng góp, xem xét và giám sát tất cả các chính sách học vụ của toàn trường và trực tiếp là người được chịu trách nhiệm về việc dạy và học, thực hiện các đánh giá, báo cáo có liên quan;
Cùng với Điều phối viên xem xét kế hoạch phát triển bộ môn và dữ liệu đánh giá của tổ bộ môn từ dữ liệu liên quan, đảm bảo dữ liệu đang được sử dụng đúng nhằm thúc đẩy việc học tập và tiến bộ của học sinh;
Chịu trách nhiệm về KPI tuyển sinh hàng năm theo phân công;
Hỗ trợ các bộ phận liên quan xây dựng kế hoạch Marketing nhằm đảm bảo số lượng học sinh theo yêu cầu.;
Hỗ trợ các bộ phận liên quan thực hiện kế hoạch Marketing;
Hỗ trợ Hiệu trưởng đánh giá hiệu quả của chương trình tuyển sinh và hiệu suất hàng năm.
