仕事内容

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Officer to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with both people and processes from handling daily bookings and supporting customers, to keeping our operations and admin tasks running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer bookings for train and bus tickets via email, website, and social media channels.
Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure ticket availability.
Issue e-tickets and confirmations accurately and on time.
Communicate schedule updates or service changes to customers.
Provide pre- and post-booking support in a friendly and professional manner.
Issue VAT invoices upon customer request.
Record and reconcile daily transactions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (Excel or accounting software).
Organize and maintain records, invoices, and booking confirmations.
Assist with internal documentation and compliance tracking.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager as: Basic Marketing Support, Office & Internal Support.

REQUIREMENTS:

Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends (with scheduled rotation).
Self-motivated and proactive in managing tasks.
Quick-thinking, flexible, and able to handle customer issues with care.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Prior experience in tourism, booking, or administrative roles is a plus.
Required professional skills are: Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp, proficient in Excel, Tiếng Anh, Cẩn Thận and Giải Quyết Vấn Đề.
To meet job requirements, understanding of is needed: Hành Chính Văn Phòng, Dịch Vụ, Hỗ Trợ Khách Hàng, Nhân Viên Văn Phòng and Dịch Vụ Khách Hàng.
