- Tư vấn cho các sinh viên tương lai và gia đình của họ về các cơ hội học tập tại các quốc gia Anh, Mỹ, Úc, Canada, New Zealand
- Cung cấp thông tin về các tổ chức cho sinh viên trực tiếp hoặc qua điện thoại.
- Theo dõi các đơn đăng ký của sinh viên và giữ cho sinh viên được đăng / thông báo về các đề nghị / từ chối của các tổ chức.
- Tư vấn và hỗ trợ sinh viên tương lai trong việc xin thị thực nhập cảnh.
- Cập nhật chính xác và kịp thời các đơn đăng ký của sinh viên trên cơ sở dữ liệu IDP Toàn cầu & sơ đồ báo cáo nhóm
- Cung cấp dịch vụ hậu mãi tốt để có nguồn giới thiệu phụ huynh / học sinh cao
- Tổ chức và thực hiện các hoạt động quảng bá tại các cơ sở địa phương và văn phòng IDP.
- Tổ chức và hỗ trợ trong các triển lãm IDP và các triển lãm giáo dục khác tại văn phòng.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- High Customer Service mind & pro-active sales/cross sales & follow-up to convert from potential lead source to meet the pipeline & final sales target
- Counselling of prospective students and their families regarding study opportunities.
- Provision of information on institutions to students either face to face or over the telephone.
- Following up students’ applications and keeping students posted/ informed on offers/ rejections by the institutions.
- Counselling and assistance of prospective students in entry visa application.
- Accurately & timely updating of student applications on IDP Global database & team reporting scheme
- Provide good after sales service to have high parent/ student referral source
- Organization and implementation of promotional activities at local institutions and IDP office.
- Organization and assistance in IDP exhibitions and other educational exhibitions in office.
- Interpretation for institutions at seminars/ interviews/ exhibitions.
- Maintaining a good rapport to students, their families, local and IDP institution clients and visa office.
