    仕事内容：
    + ネットワークとコンピュータ システムのインストール、構成
    + コンピュータ システムやネットワークで発生する問題を特定して解決する
    + システムに関するコンサルティングとソリューションの提供
    + 新しいシステムの開発と導入
    + 既存のソフトウェアおよびハードウェア システムを維持し、古くなったソフトウェアおよびハードウェアをアップグレードする
    + コンピュータ システムとネットワークを監視して、パフォーマンスを向上させる方法を見つける
    + オフィスでユーザーをサポート: コンピューターコンポーネントの分解、アプリ、プリンターのインストールなど。
    + リモート ユーザー サポート
