    仕事内容

    • 社内事務～人事を担当。
    • 顧客、サプライヤー、および内部記録を整理、保存、保存する
    • 重要なイベントや会議があるときに会社の文書を保存し、印刷します。
    • 会社の資産、設備、文具などを管理します。
    • 請求書の発行、書類の保管、月次/四半期/年次レポートの作成において経理部門をサポートします。
    • 社内の人員の採用、監視および更新、社会保険、失業保険、失業保険の期日通りの支払いの監視などの人事業務を実行します。
    • 電子的に支払いと納税を行う
    • ポリシーを常に完全に更新し、すべての従業員が常に社内ルールを遵守するようにします。
    • 受信メールと送信メールを適切な場所に送受信します。
    • 新旧の顧客からの電話を受け、やり取りした情報を記録し、上司に報告する
    • その他取締役会からの要請に応じた業務を遂行します。
