    仕事内容

    • 通関申告、品質検査、商品のリリース、輸入税（VAT）の支払い、サプライヤーへの支払いなどの輸入手続きを行うには、物流サービス会社にご連絡ください。
    • 出荷スケジュールに基づいて配送会社、配送代理店、顧客を監視します。
    • 予約やサービス料金の交渉については、運送業者/運送会社にお問い合わせください。
    • 請求書発行、損益計算書、請求書の確認、出荷スケジュールの追跡などの輸出手続きを実行し、顧客に迅速に通知します
    • 倉庫と積み込みスケジュールを調整します。
    • 輸入貨物の書類を準備し、保健証明書認証、食品の安全性、税関手続きについて代理店に連絡し、工場への商品の輸送を手配します。
    • 新しい運送業者/運送会社を検索して、サービス価格と配送料の値下げ交渉を行ってください。
    • 輸送サービスプロバイダーと契約および価格を交渉します。
    • 納期と配送料が妥当であることを確認してください。
    • 出荷コストの最適化戦略を開発および実装する
    • ディレクターの要求に応じて、輸出入手続きの分野に関連するその他すべてのタスクを実行します。
