Responsibilities:
● Identify and create opportunities for developing business models, organizational design, and cross-functional initiatives to drive long-term business sustainability.
● Improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective and efficient business operations.
● Coordinate with the local production and dispatch team to ensure all orders are prepared and delivered timely.
● Support the regional Finance team on expenses reporting.
● Coordinate with the regional HR team to build an A-team to support growing city operations.
● Move fast and be biased toward action.
● Motivate and leverage existing and new staff to continually up-level their results.
● Works continually towards self-development to stay current on business growth and supervisory procedures & practices.
Requirements:
● Bachelor/Master’s Degree. Engineering background is a plus.
● 1-2 years of professional experience; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
● Preferred previous experience or internship in a Management Consulting firm.
● Experience in managing complex projects in a fast-changing environment.
● Excellent decision making, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
● Balance attention to detail with swift execution – we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.
● Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on.
● Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
