    仕事内容

    責任、任務、タスク:

    • ゼネラルディレクターに報告する
    • 国会議員部門:
      • 計画と実施。MEP 計画部門を設立します。標準、計画プロセス、BIM ワークフロー、採用と能力開発、設備投資/運用コスト、料金体系、キャッシュ フロー予測、コミッショニングと運用
      • 株主の関与と調整
      • MAC 株主は、MAC ENGINEERS の下に法人を設立することを意図しています。
    • プロジェクト:
      • プロジェクト管理と MEP 計画プロセスの制御
      • MEP の BIM モデルと各設計フェーズの計画の作成における計画チームのサポート
      • プロジェクト管理
        • 入札と提案
        • プロジェクトのセットアップと組織化
        • 進捗状況の監視、承認/不承認の図面パッケージなど
        • 支払いスケジュールの監視
        • プロジェクトの制約と緩和策
        • クレームおよび追加サービスの管理
      • 時間と品質の管理 / 成果物が契約条件、特にタイムスケジュールと品質に準拠しているかどうかに責任を負います。
      • クライアントとの連絡窓口となる/納期スケジュール、プロジェクトの基本文書、クライアントの要求、説明などに関するクライアントとのコミュニケーションと調整、
      • プロジェクトファイリングには、クライアントのプロジェクト文書の受領、クライアントへの成果物の提出などが含まれます。
      • 納品スケジュールやタスクなどについてMEPチームメンバー（社内および社外）と緊密に調整します。
      • 成果物の最終チェックはクライアントに提出する「準備ができています」。

    要件：

    • MEP システム工学の学士号。暖房、換気、衛生システム、または電気工学。
    • MEP の計画および管理の分野で少なくとも 5 年以上の専門的経験。
    • ドイツ語と英語の優れた読み書きと会話のスキル。
    • 英語とドイツ語での技術的な MEP 文書と図面を読んで理解できる。
    • クライアントとの良好なコミュニケーションおよび交渉スキル
    • チームワーク、正確さ、勤勉さ、協力性、学習意欲。
    • 変化に適応する能力を備えた、マルチタスクと優先順位付けのスキル
    • 独立したソリューション指向の働き方
    • Trimble、Allplan などのMEP BIM ソフトウェアの知識
