Role:
- Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist
- Full time position or project specific (office-based responsibilities)
Responsibilities:
- Campaign management for Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Youtube, FB Pixel and other platforms with correct analytics and reporting that continuously improves the quality and quantity of inbound leads
- Website improvements in SEO, landing pages, and calls-to-action that grow organic traffic, and create more conversions
- Weekly and Monthly reporting of expenses and performance metrics (costs, clicks, conversions, etc.)
- Coordinating with the Sales Team to generate content, while building and managing a rich marketing calendar that attracts the correct audience
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of previous work experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in using both mainstream advertising platforms as well as non traditional methods of customer acquisition
- Vietnamese national. Good English language proficiency is preferred, but not required.
- Bonus skills: video editing and creative design

Mô Tả Công Việc:
- Chạy và quản lý campaign trên Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Youtube, FB Pixel,... cùng với việc phân tích và báo cáo chính xác để cải thiện và phát triển chất lượng và số lượng khách hàng tiềm năng của công ty.
- Phát triển SEO, landing pages, và calls-to-action của website để tăng lượt view và tỷ lệ chuyển đổi.
- Báo cáo hiệu xuất (chi phí, lượng truy cập, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi,...) theo tuần và theo tháng
- Liên kết với team Sales để lên content, đồng thời tự xây dựng và quản lý một kế hoạch marketing hiệu quả để thu hút khách hàng tiềm năng.
Yêu Cầu:
- 1 đến 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí liên quan.
- Có record chứng minh khả năng sử dụng các công cụ marketing hiện đại cũng như các phương thức truyền thống trong việc tiếp cận khách hàng.
- Có tiếng Anh tốt hoặc kỹ năng edit video và thiết kế đồ họa là một lợi thế.
