    • 場所 : 79 Luong Huu Khanh, Tho Quang, Son Tra, Da Nang

    • 他の部門と協力して人材ニーズを特定し、職務内容を作成する

    • 採用プロセスの管理: 投稿、履歴書のスキャン、面接スケジュール

    • 社内文書の作成: 内定通知書、試用期間および正式な労働契約書、警告書、決定書、マイナス通知書など、およびそれらが労働規則に適合していることを確認する

    • オン/オフボーディングプロセス

    • 人事ポリシーおよび内部文書に関する新規採用従業員の作成およびトレーニング

    • 試用期間終了時の従業員の業績評価

    • 従業員のすべての文書の管理と保存: 労働契約書、個人文書。

    • 法務チームや他の部門と調整して、会社のすべてのライセンスを完成させる

    • 外国人従業員に必要なすべての書類の管理と作成: 労働許可証、ビザ、TRC など

    • 社員の出張手続き担当：航空券予約、ホテル予約、日当

    • 従業員の社会的プロセスを担当

    • 報酬と福利厚生の管理

    • HQマネージャー向けの労働規則の更新と前進

    • 会社全体の毎月のタイムシートと給与計算を実行する
