仕事内容

1.シフトの受付、勤務スケジュール、部下への業務委託
2.開場時間前にショートミーティング（説明会）を開催し、勤務シフトに関する情報を発信し、その日の勤務を調整します
3. サービス時間前に作業エリアをチェックし、清掃、装飾、および準備作業がすべてゲストにサービスを提供する準備が整っていることを確認します。
4. スタッフがゲストにサービスを提供し、料理や飲み物を紹介し、サービスが高品質で基準に達していることを確認する際に、監視、指導、促す責任があります。
5.ゲストを歓迎し、テーブルに案内し、スタッフにゲストにサービスを提供するように思い出させ、タイムリーでタイムリーで標準的なサービスをチェックして、顧客満足を確保します
6.フードオーダー（注文受付）、ピーク時のサービススタッフのサポートおよび支援などのレストラン活動の調整
7.テーブルのご予約、パーティーのご予約、お席の手配、宴会場のご予約、お料理に関するイベントのご予約、VIPゲストや特別ゲストのご予約…
8. キッチン、バーテンダーから顧客まで、食べ物や飲み物の品質と量を定期的にチェックして監視する
9. シフト制のスタッフを評価し、作業段階を合理的に調整します。
10.必要に応じて、レストランのプログラムと目標を完全に実施するために、他のシフトリーダーを強化およびサポートする
11.ゲストからの苦情および苦情を受け取り、許可された権限内でそれらを処理し、権限を超えた場合は、レストランマネージャーに報告して処理のために転送します。
