Đảm bảo cơ sở vật chất luôn đáp ứng kịp thời nhu cầu đào tạo và phát huy tối đa công suất vận hành của cơ sở vật chất;
Phối hợp, hỗ trợ với các Ban/Phòng/Bộ phận liên quan đến việc xây dựng quy trình, quy định về quản lý cơ sở vật chất;
Phối hợp tham gia thẩm định các phương án đầu tư mua sắm tài sản, xây dựng danh mục, định mức chi phí mua sắm hàng hóa, dịch vụ phục vụ các dự án đầu tư của Tập đoàn;
Thẩm định đề nghị mua sắm, đầu tư bổ sung, tham gia giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy định về đầu tư, mua sắm, quản lý và sử dụng tài sản các đơn vị của Tập đoàn;
Tìm kiếm, đánh giá, lựa chọn đàm phán, ký kết hợp đồng với nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp hàng hóa;
Tổ chức thực hiện các thủ tục mua sắm, nghiệm thu, thanh toán cho các nhà thầu và các dự án đầu tư của Tập đoàn;
Đảm bảo tài sản trong toàn hệ thống được sử dụng đúng mục đích, bảo quản tốt và không đầu tư lãng phí;
Quản lý & xây dựng kế hoạch bảo trì - bảo hành, sửa chữa cơ sở vật chất, đảm bảo cơ sở vật chất luôn trong tình trạng hoạt động tốt nhất, đáp ứng tiêu chí xanh - sạch - đẹp;
Thực hiện các yêu cầu khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên trực tiếp.
