    仕事内容

    タスク 1: 州の規制に従ってすべての法的手続きを管理および実行する

    - プロジェクトの法的手続きを実行します。

    - 投資承認ポリシー、投資家の承認、投資プロジェクトの承認を申請します。

    - 土地の割り当てと土地使用権証明書の発行に関する書類を作成します。

    - 計画の承認、投資プロジェクトの承認。

    - プロジェクトの基本設計を評価し、プロジェクトの技術設計を評価します。

    - プロジェクト工事の建設許可を申請します。

    - 承諾書類を承認し、使用するプロジェクトを承諾して引き渡します。

    - 顧客への土地使用権証明書および土地使用権の発行。

    - プロジェクト投資ポリシーの申請段階からプロジェクトが完了して使用されるまで、プロジェクトの実施および承認プロセスを構築および管理します。

    - 土地管理と建設に関する政府の政策と規制に関する情報を更新し、取締役会会長、ゼネラルディレクター、ブロックディレクターに報告します。

    * タスク 2: 議長および総局長の指示の下、国家機関および組織との良好な関係を組織し、維持し、発展させる。

    * タスク 3: 従業員の管理と育成

    - 主要な役割の後継者計画を含め、部門内の全従業員の能力開発を促進します。

    * タスク 4: 直属の上司から割り当てられたその他の作業を実行します。
