Soạn thảo các tài liệu/văn bản theo yêu cầu của Hiệu trưởng, đảm bảo tất cả các tài liệu được hoàn thành đầy đủ, kịp thời và chính xác;
Hỗ trợ Hiệu trưởng thành lập và duy trì sự kết nối giữa các Trường, các mối quan hệ trong và ngoài trường (bao gồm cả phụ huynh);
Tham dự tất cả các sự kiện và hoạt động liên quan trong và ngoài giờ làm việc;
Hỗ trợ Quản lý Bộ phận ESL và Đại diện Quản lý Bộ phận ESL trong công tác vận hành Bộ phận ESL theo yêu cầu của Hiệu trưởng;
Thúc đẩy và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt và hiệu quả giữa các trường nhằm tiến tới sự phát triển bền vững và nâng cao ý thức cộng đồng (môi trường Tiếng Anh);
Làm việc với Bộ phận Marketing và Tuyển sinh (Chăm sóc Sinh viên) trong việc quảng bá hình ảnh UKA theo yêu cầu của Hiệu trưởng;
Làm báo cáo và hồ sơ liên quan theo yêu cầu của Quản Cơ sở;
Tuân thủ Quy trình, Quy định khi làm việc trong Môi trường Quốc tế
Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng, phỏng vấn và chọn lọc sau phỏng vấn Nhân sự nước ngoài, và chịu trách nhiệm về định hướng cho Nhân sự nước ngoài khi mới vào nhận việc;
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên trực tiếp.
