    仕事内容

    主要な責務：
    CEOの目標に従ってTOMチームを管理する
    製品開発、生産と流通、部門のパフォーマンス (販売、マーケティング、コミュニティ、運営、技術) に関する毎週および毎月の会議を主導します。
    会社運営の潜在的な成長手段を評価する
    売上を最大限に伸ばすために不可欠な商業戦略と運営戦略を策定する
    マーケティング チームと運用チームと協力して、新しい TriponMe 製品とエクスペリエンスを特定して導入します。
    マーケティング戦略を調整し、マーケティング予算を割り当て、ROI を追跡する
    販売実績、収益予測、財務指標を分析します。

    資格：
    管理職およびマーケティング分野で少なくとも年以上の専門的経験があり、スタートアップ企業または中小企業の従業員のリーダーとしての役割に最適
    飲料またはエンターテイメント会社で、ペースの速い高成長のスタートアップ環境で働いた追加経験
    急成長する会社の構築と拡大の実践的な経験
    ビジネス戦略、運営上および商業上のKPIについての深い理解
    前向きで何でもできる姿勢を備えた起業家精神と成長マインドセット
    社内で上級リーダーの役割に成長する可能性
