仕事内容

工場と連携してQPP/QRSの提出状況を把握し、監視する。
QPPサンプルをバイヤー/本社に送付し、コメントをフォローアップする
工場と生産スケジュールを策定する。生産スケジュールにおける注文漏れ/数量不足、過剰生産能力を確認する。
開発／資材／MQP／PPIチームと連携し、Viet Long Hungに関連するすべての生産上の問題を解決する。
最終スケジュールを準備し、出荷予約を行う
輸送コスト削減のため、遅延、部分出荷/不足出荷、早期出荷、残出荷に関して分析チームと連携する。
工場と協力して装飾プランを作成する
工場を訪問し、生産計画を策定する。生産状況、生地や付属品の問題、技術的な問題などを確認する。訪問概要を作成する。
自社工場の資材収支表を確認する。
MRPにおける消費不足/消費間違い/注文漏れなどの差異を確認し、本社に報告する。
梱包変更があった場合はPPIチームと連携し、本社に報告してください。
