Mô tả công việc:
- Nắm bắt các yêu cầu, phân tích nghiệp vụ, thiết kế và xây dựng các giải pháp cho dự án;
- Hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng hệ thống, hỗ trợ khách hàng khi có yêu cầu;
- Tạo và cập nhật các tài liệu dự án (Bản thiết kế, Hướng dẫn sử dụng…);
- Tạo các trường hợp kiểm thử, chuẩn bị dữ liệu kiểm thử;
- Thực hiện kiểm thử và báo cáo kết quả;
- Trao đổi và báo cáo các vấn đề trực tiếp với Trưởng nhóm dự án một cách kịp thời;
- Hợp tác với các thành viên khác trong nhóm để hoàn thành công việc;
- Tham gia thảo luận và lên kế hoạch cũng đội nhóm;
- Phối hợp với các nhóm hỗ trợ khác để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho các hoạt động của dự án;
- Thực hiện nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phần công trực tiếp của trưởng bộ phần.
Yêu cầu ứng viên:
- Chuyên ngành CNTT, Kinh doanh hoặc có liên quan;
- Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1 năm làm Chuyên viên phân tích chức năng;
- Có kiến thức về phần mềm & kiểm thử;
- Kỹ năng tư vấn tốt;
- Phân tích nghiên cứu;
- Quản lý công việc & thời gian;
- Chủ động và tích cực trong công việc;
- Tư duy phản biện và định hướng chi tiết;
