1. Kiểm tra hoạt động dịch vụ của Aeon Delight Việt Nam (Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ) và đưa ra các đề xuất cải tiến chất lượng dịch vụ và tiết kiệm chi phí. (20%)
2. Phối hợp với Aeon Delight Việt Nam giải quyết mọi sự cố của khách thuê về thiết bị, hệ thống kỹ thuật như rò rỉ nước, hỏng cửa cuốn, mất điện,%)
3. Giới thiệu quy trình, quy chế hoạt động của TTTM cho khách thuê, nhà cung cấp, đại lý bán hàng và thực hiện theo quy định. (10%)
4. Thường xuyên tuần tra xung quanh trung tâm mua sắm để đảm bảo tất cả các cơ sở và dịch vụ cung cấp cho khách hàng trong tình trạng tốt. (15%)
5. Xử lý các yêu cầu về cơ sở vật chất và an ninh từ người thuê và nhà thầu. (10%)
6. Theo dõi tất cả các công việc chỉnh trang, cải tạo, thiết lập sự kiện trong trung tâm mua sắm và báo cáo lịch trình và các sự cố liên quan nếu có. (15%)
7. Tổng hợp dữ liệu cơ sở và bảo mật & lập báo cáo theo yêu cầu từ Quản lý. (10%)
8. Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công. (5%)
