§ Provide administrative support to the CEO
§ Review, determine the priority and routes incoming correspondence, reports, requests and instructions; handle or refer matters as directed
§ Follow up all Departments where instructed to receive the final updated information required.
§ Work with Factories/Suppliers/Vendors on behalf of CEO
§ Support to translate Vietnamese to English or vice versa during factories visits and other occasions.
§ Schedule, prepare agenda and meeting materials and type minutes for various meetings
§ Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
§ Compile, prepare and summarize reports, presentations and correspondence
§ Order task designed by CEO
