仕事内容

訪問者が旅行中に最も忘れられない瞬間を過ごせるよう、ツアーを企画し、プログラムを計画します。
ツアーガイドと直接協力して、あらかじめ決められた計画に従って旅行を進めます
ツアーガイドや他の部門と連携して調整を行ったり、旅行中に発生した状況に対処したりする
訪問者が最高のサービスでより多くの体験をする機会が得られるように、リゾートの場所、観光名所などについて調査および学習します。
会社の観光活動を知らせるために、週次、月次、四半期ごとのレポートを作成して上司に提出します。
ツアーオペレーター経験2～3年以上の男性・女性即時お仕事可能です
観光、マーケティング、経営学などを専攻して大学を卒業…
英語が堪能であること
機敏で、学習意欲が高く、良好なコミュニケーション、良好なチームワーク、高いプレッシャーの下でも働くことができる
想定年収 1,000～1,500万【面接時に相談】

1.作業形態:

フルタイム、週 6 シフト、午前と午後の交互シフト、月に 4 日の任意休暇

+ 朝勤: 午前7時30分～午後5時

+ 午後のシフト: 午後 12 時 - 午後 9 時
