• Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và xử lý sự cố thông qua call, email và live chat với khách hàng người Nhật liên quan đến sản phẩm mà khách đã mua
• Thu thập feedback và khiếu nại của khách hàng, đưa ra hướng giải quyết, ghi nhận và theo dõi bằng cách liên lạc với các đối tác internal và external
• Đào tạo và phát triển Đội ngũ chăm sóc khách hàng tại Nhật Bản và khu vực APAC.
• Kiến thức về sản phẩm sẽ được công ty training và đào tạo, cách chăm sóc khách hàng và xử lý sự cố
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting via email, live chat.
• Collect customer compliments and complaints, ensure resolution, documentation and follow up by communication with internal and external partners.
• Train, and develop Customer Service Team in Japan and APAC region.
Requirement
• Passion to deliver a world class customer experience.
• Native or near-native Japanese and strong Japanese cultural knowledge (N2 or above). Proficiency in other languages is also a big plus.
• Ability to communicate in English (Intermediate level: IELTsand/or Vietnamese.
• Experience interacting with customers in some capacity (either via phone, chat, in person, etc.) is preferred
• Technically savvy: comfortably navigate in a fast paced, technical environment. Ability to sort out how technology works when things go wrong
