Yêu cầu công việc:
* Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm về tuyển dụng nhân sự.
* Ưu tiên chuyên viên có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng trong các ngành sản xuất và kỹ thuật
* Biết cách sử dụng các công cụ tuyển dụng, ví dụ như LinkedIn và các công cụ tuyển dụng tại Việt Nam.
* Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt (sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh), chúng tôi cũng hoan nghênh các ứng viên biết các ngôn ngữ khác trên thế giới.
* Có khả năng nghiên cứu và tìm tòi.
* Sẵn sàng học hỏi.
* Quen thuộc với các phần mềm tuyển dụng
* Có kiến thức về luật lao động hiện hành
