    仕事内容

    • 食品安全管理は、すべての食品が品質と安全基準を満たしていることを確認する責任があります。
    • 食品安全プログラムを開発し実施する。
    • HACCP（危害分析重要管理点）計画を作成し、維持する。
    • GMP（適正製造規範）およびその他の食品安全基準への準拠を確保する。
    • 食品安全手順の遵守を確保するために内部監査を実施する。
    • 調査結果に基づいて是正措置を講じる。
    • 取締役会の要請に従う
