Tham gia soát xét pháp lý các dự án M&A trong quá trình lựa chọn dự án tiềm năng để thực hiện mua bán & sáp nhập, tham gia thương thảo hợp đồng mua bán & sáp nhập dự án, hợp đồng vay;
Tham gia thực hiện các thủ tục pháp lý mua bán, sáp nhập và đầu tư;
Tham gia giải quyết khiếu nại liên quan tới nội dung trong mảng phụ trách;
Tham gia đàm phán, thương lượng với các đối tác đầu tư;
Thực hiện rà soát, kiểm tra pháp lý các dự án đầu tư, lên danh mục và chuẩn bị đầy đủ hồ sơ pháp lý dự án theo từng địa bàn và đặc thù dự án;
Soạn thảo/tư vấn/xem xét/thẩm định các văn bản, công văn, hợp đồng có liên quan đến pháp lý thuộc lĩnh vực công việc mình phụ trách;
Xây dựng, cập nhật những yêu cầu tuân thủ pháp lý đối với dự án đầu tư;
Rà soát tính phù hợp về pháp lý của văn bản, hợp đồng, xây dựng văn bản mẫu;
Thực hiện xây dựng mẫu hợp đồng;
Giám sát việc thực thi các thỏa thuận hợp tác, đầu tư;
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
