仕事内容

- チームと協力して、EM の監督とサポートの下、戦略と予算に基づいて各プログラムやイベントのアイデア、コンテンツ、台本、計画を開発します。

- 計画の実施: 実行計画、アクションプラン、チェックリスト...各プロジェクトに適しています。

- マネージャーのリクエストに応じて直接作業します。

- 現場に行きます - マネージャー/設計、および関連するサプライヤー (必要な場合) に確認します。

- 代理店、サプライヤー、担当者のリストを検索および更新します。

- チェックリスト、アクションプラン、技術図面など、詳細な作業項目の合理性と正確性をチェックします。

- イベントプログラムで提供されるサービスと製品の品質を保証するために、サプライヤーの作業をフォローアップします。

- マネージャーによって割り当てられ、動員された社内イベントプログラムを実行します。

- 契約、前払い、決済、清算などの書類が期限内に完了していることを確認します。

- 毎週の仕事をマネージャーに報告します。

勤務時間：月曜から土曜の午前8時から午後5時30分まで（昼休みは1時30分）
