仕事内容

JOB SUMMARY:

This role serves as a bridge to facilitate offshore development projects, involving explaining development policies and specifications, detailed specification confirmation, and facilitating communication between Vietnamese and Japanese engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make a bridge to facilitate offshore development projects.
Explanation of development policies and specifications to engineers.
Detailed confirmation of specifications.
Help with taking communication between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese engineers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Age: 25 -38.
Must: Experience in working with software developers. Experience in being Project Manager. BrSE Experience from 2 years above.
Japanese skill: Equivalent to N2 or N1.
English skill: Basic ~ Pre-intermediate.
Preferable: Experienced in team building.
Recruitment Process: Test → 1st interview → Final interview → Offer.
***Japanese CV is required.
We are looking for candidates possessing abilities such as: proficient in Tiếng Nhật, proficient in Tiếng Anh, experienced with Quản Lý Dự Án, knowledge of Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp, along with Làm Việc Nhóm.
We prioritize candidates with experience in: Kỹ Sư Cầu Nối, Project Manager, understanding of System Engineer, knowledge related to Engineer, accompanied by Bridge System Engineer.
