仕事内容

タスク 1 - 保守計画 (労力 25%):

低コストで高品質の定期メンテナンスを実行する請負業者を見つけて追跡します。

ミッション2 - 損傷をすぐに修復する（労力60%）

KCFストアのトラブルシューティング（電気、水道、漏水防止）
CH KCFで電気、水道、冷凍システム、機器の構造を習得
各部門から機器の損傷通知を受け取り、速やかに（24 時間以内に）問題を処理します。
必要に応じてイベント用の機器を設置します。
問題が発生した場合は、速やかに対処できるよう上司に報告してください。
廃水処理と下水道システムを監視します。
部門の業務に割り当てられた機器やツールを保守および清掃します。
上司の要求に応じてその他のタスクを処理します。

タスク3 - 他の社内部門と連携する（労力15%）

部門内の他の部門を調整およびサポートし、最良の業務成果を達成します (運用、マーケティングなど)。
毎週の VAT 申告に必要な書類を完成させます。
