- Developing comprehensive multi-channel online advertising strategies for clients
- Executing and optimizing the performance of these online advertising campaigns especially on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Manage campaigns to achieve goals (KPIs)
- Conducting statistical performance analysis and reporting based on campaign results.
- Based on reporting and analysis, be able to find insights in improving the performance of the advertising campaigns.
- Work together with others departments to propose to new clients and take care of existing clients
- Train and lead some junior members of ad optimization
Requirement
Age：years old
Education level： University
Good English
Key experience：
- Over 3 year experience in operating online advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Over 1 year experience with Analytics tool such as Google Analytics and tracking systems such as Google Tag Manager and Google Ads/Facebook’s tracking codes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proficient in analyzing & reporting
- Business Level English (all skills)
- Great communication skills
- Driven and Proactive personality
- Goal getter
Working time：Mon-Fri, 10H00-17H00 (core time), can be flexibly work anywhere out of this time.
