仕事内容

責任:

- 電話とオンラインでの予約と予約を支援します。
- 電話を管理し、診療所でのコンサルティングに関するアドバイスを提供します - 予約の予約;
- 到着した患者を登録し、治療室に割り当てます。
- 患者が検査室に行くための指示と支援を提供します。
- 患者や同僚と積極的にコミュニケーションをとることで問題を解決します。
- 患者のアカウントへの料金の転記など、キャッシャー関連の機能を実行します。
- ワークフロー、クリニックの製品、および患者へのアドバイスを理解する。
- 価格規制を理解し、割引戦略に従います。
- 適切な電話マナーを使用し、患者と電話で話し合う。
- マネージャーまたはアシスタントマネージャーに異常な出来事または要求を報告します。
- すべての安全および緊急時の手順を理解し、従う。
・フロントデスクエリアの清潔さと整頓を維持します。

仕事の要件:

- 同僚または大学の学位が望ましい。
- オフィス機器 (プリンター、電話、コンピューターなど) に精通していること。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル;
- カスタマーサービスオリエンテーション;
- 優れた組織力とマルチタスク能力;
- 問題 - 解決スキル;
- 英語または日本語または韓国語が堪能であること。
