- Graphic design for online and offline marketing purposes/documents/Visual Graphic Design for online and offline materials/purposes:
· Collaborate with Marketing team to develop creative and effective brand design solutions / Collaborate with Marketing team to develop creative and effective branding design solutions for company brands.
· Conceptualize and develop marketing materials including print and digital media through all marketing channels (key concept design, marketing program, website, logo, banner ads, interactive campaigns, infographic design and other solutions)/ Brainstorm and develop a range of materials in both print and digital media across all channels (conceptual theme design, programs, websites, logos, banners, interactive campaigns, infographics and other solutions)
· Deployment and implementation of online/digital project design works including: websites, e-commerce, email marketing, digital advertising, media artwork and artwork online/other digital related/ Develop and execute digital/online project designs include: websites, E-commerce, marketing e-mails, digital advertising, social media artwork and other online/digital artworks related.
· Responsible for building Brand guideline and office/branch decoration images, including artwork design and implementation supervision/ Responsible for brand guideline building and office/branch innovation/transformation , including artwork design and production supervision.
- Manage technical issues related to company website and social media channels:/ Company website and social channel technical management:
· Collaborate with online marketing team to design, build layout and user experience for company website (and subpages) / Collaborate with online marketing to develop design layout and user experience for company website (and its subpages)
· Responsible for website upload (content and image upload) / Responsible for website upload (content and visual)
· Responsible for improving, expanding and scaling the company website
· Participate in resolving issues of performance, stability and security of the company website/ Involve in issues of performances, stability and security of the company website
- Other responsibilities:/ Other responsibilities:
· Work and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
· Propose appropriate documents and balance costs to match the approved budget and schedule. Supervising/supporting the quality check of design products and implementation progress/ Suggest proper materials and relative costings of final artworks within the agreed budget and timeline. Supervise/support to check quality of final production and construction.
· Keeping up with industry trends such as the latest design methods and technologies in visual arts, animation, icons, and information technology/web/ Stay current on industry trends such as the latest design practices and technology about images, visuals, animations, icons, and information/web technology
· Perform other assigned tasks as required/ Carry out ad hoc tasks as required/assigned
