    Job Description

    • Manage and coordinate the activities of a group in the warehouse (import, export, prepare, check goods).
    • Ensure the progress and quality of the assigned team's work: on time, following the correct process, correct quantity/quality.
    • Guide, train and support team members to ensure work performance and compliance with safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with other teams in the warehouse and related departments such as operations, coordination, customer care to handle arising issues.
    • Review and recommend improvements to work processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
    • Prepare periodic reports related to team work.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

    Candidate requirements

    Required Skills

    • Good English communication (English CV required), or Chinese is an advantage.
    • Proficient in Office, SAP/WMS.

    Experience and qualifications

    • College degree or higher in related majors.
    • Have 2 years or more experience in warehousing, logistics, equivalent position.
