1. IMPLEMENTATION OF SALES, MARKETING ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE SALES
• Taking care of customers via phone/online application, advising customers on goods, services, promotions, prices...
• Receive, synthesize and process orders from Agents/Distributors/Customers.
• Check, reconcile debts and urge customers to pay.
• Recommend sales programs for reference to the Branch Manager.
• Recommend potential Distributors to donate promotional tools, pay year-end bonuses to qualified Distributors and report to Branch Manager.
• Check sales periodically by week/month/quarter/customer code to promote sales progress.
2. SOLUTION OF SALES-RELATED ADMINISTRATIVE WORKS
• Carry out procedures related to the sales process such as issuing invoices, canceling invoices, returning goods.
• Calculating, checking debts, entering bank money into the system....
• Synthesize and report to the Branch Manager the information on sales, debts, etc. periodically and irregularly.
3. COOPERATION WITH SALES SUPPORTING PARTS
• Report & support periodical/extraordinary inventory.
• Coordinate with Delivery Department Arrange delivery schedule, support delivery if any.
• Perform other sales support tasks at the request of direct management.
REQUEST:
- Graduated from high school or higher major: Logistics, Economics, Business Administration...
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in FMCG, F&B, Retails and Electronic industries.
- Knowledge of the company's products and sales policies.
- Proficient in the use of office software.
- Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving and pressure-solving skills.
