    Convert Job Object to Array :

    • Convert the job model instance to an array using the toArray() method.

    Update Existing Redis Data with New Values :

    • Iterate through the existing Redis data and update values with new non-empty values from the job object.

    Add New Fields from the Job Model :

    • Add any new fields from the job model that are not already in Redis or update them if the existing Redis values are empty.
