    Job Description

    Job Details
    • Receive orders from the restaurant department – assign specific tasks to kitchen staff and kitchen assistants
    • Directly prepare and marinate ingredients according to the requirements of each restaurant-standard dish.
    • Directly prepare food, ensure correct quantity, correct recipe and correct process, pay attention to food hygiene and safety regulations, kitchen safety regulations
    • Arrange the dish on a plate and decorate it attractively, according to restaurant standards.
    • Timely and effectively handle cases of food processing and decoration that do not meet prescribed standards.
