Job description:
• Check invoices, shipments and check storage conditions of vaccines before leaving the warehouse.
• Check and compare the quantity of goods on the receipt and sign the receipt.
• Check and compare the quantity, batch number, and expiration date of the vaccine on the computer with the actual product.
• Update documents into the management software system.
• Supervise warehouse staff to implement warehouse regulations and procedures.
• Periodically inventory the quantity and monitor the quality of vaccines in stock.
• Vaccine supply planning to ensure the quantity of vaccines to serve the center's business.
• Monthly report to the Director on late, near-term and damaged vaccines.
• Draft and participate in drafting documents of the warehouse department.
• Directly make periodic reports to the Director and in charge of expertise in writing.
• Carry out dispatching and delivery assignments.
Request:
• High school pharmacist or higher.
• Master knowledge of GDP and GSP.
• Proficient in office.
