User research: Support information collection, conduct qualitative & quantitative research activities (surveys, interviews...) to explore users' needs, behaviors, experiences, and feedback with DNSE SPDV.
Data analysis: Support collecting, synthesizing and analyzing data from databases, internal reports related to users to find valuable insights for the product.
Suggest experience improvements: Support UX/UI Designers to propose solutions to improve user experience across touch points.
Create research documents: Participate in creating UX research documents such as personas, journey maps, and user flows.
Other research work as required by the Department Head.
Third/Final year students or recent graduates in Data Analytics, Investment, Marketing or related fields.
Love and have basic understanding of research/user research (UX Research), especially in the financial/stock field.
Have basic understanding of business or stock investment.
Preferred but not required is the ability to analyze data and use supporting tools (Excel, Google/Microsoft Forms...) or qualitative analysis software (Google Analytics, Hotjars...)
Eager to learn, proactive in learning new knowledge.
Have logical thinking, scientific arrangement and ability to find insights from data analysis.
Communicate confidently, prioritize user interaction and interviews.
Trained and accumulated experience related to securities, especially in the field of automatic securities trading, a new field in Vietnam
Learn how to write engaging content, have a professional on-screen style, and have a more expressive voice
Be instructed in customer persuasion skills and telesale skills.
Experience a professional working environment and dynamic work at a large securities company
