    Job Description

    The UXA team is responsible for testing through collaborative discussions with the Dev team in pursuit of better user experience (UX) for our systems.

    • Help define the expected UX of features through collaborative discussions with the Dev team.
    • Design test cases to ensure code quality and expected user experience.
    • Conduct testing from the user's perspective.
    • Suggest improvements based on your insights for better UX.

    Candidate requirements

    • Thorough and professional communication skills
    • Proficient and patient in reading and writing documents
    • Patience in using computers and smartphones to perform testing activities
    • Ability to analyze user behavior to improve interface and interaction design (UI/UX) is a plus
    • Knowledge of prototyping and design tools (e.g. Figma) is a plus
    • Understanding and interest in automated testing, along with the ability to use Cypress is a plus

    Interest

    • Participate in all phases of software development
    • Starting salary from 11,500,000 VND to 18,500,000 VND, depending on the candidate's ability
    • 1,200,000 VND allowance for candidates with master's degree
    • Subsidy of 1,800,000 VND for candidates with N1 certificate; 1,200,000 VND for N2, and 500,000 VND for N3
