Job Details
• Directly responsible for design and customer experience in assigned projects
• Build and improve design process, analyze user experience
• Understand the Bank's product areas, develop and improve the interface and customer experience according to the business orientation of each period.
• Build Design system/Product map/Customer experience
• Participate in building Design system, components, Mobile app, web app of the company.
• Participate in building operating models to serve projects and product blocks.
• Responsible for designing, evaluating current and future customer experiences and recommending improvements and upgrades.
• Evaluate and improve design/regulation/product processes to improve work efficiency and product quality.
• Measure efficiency and review project quality and progress, propose necessary changes to improve work efficiency and product quality.
Job Requirements
• University degree or higher in majors/majors related to this field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in system product design
• Proficient in design software: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop. Know how to use other software such as: Sketch, AE, 3D, Indesign, knowing how to draw by hand is an advantage
• Good reading comprehension and data analysis skills, good creativity.
• Have skills in building design systems and knowledge of user experience
• Ability to listen, understand and communicate in English at a fair to good level
• Good observation and open-minded
• Good communication skills and aesthetic sense
* Can work remotely (seasonal contract)
