    • Schedule support:
      • Plan and arrange detailed work schedule for the General Director, including meetings, events, domestic and international business trips.
      • Manage and update work schedules effectively, ensuring the General Director always has the necessary information.
    • Communication and translation:
      • Perform Chinese - Vietnamese interpretation and vice versa in meetings and negotiations with foreign partners.
      • Processing Chinese documents and texts, including translation, editing and information synthesis.
    • Support business activities:
      • Assist the General Director in preparing documents for meetings, reports, presentations.
      • Arrange business trips, book flights, hotels, visas and related procedures.
      • Welcome customers, partners and support reception activities.
