Job description:
- In charge of contacting and working with customers and partners
- Plan meetings
- Manage timeline, progress and requirements for the Company's projects.
- Make detailed plans for monthly projects and weekly reports on work progress.
- Drafting documents and contracts for projects.
- Record working minutes, meeting minutes, record and summarize content
Job requirements:
- Graduated from University or College majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or related.
- Age: > 22 ; Female.
- Understanding of the cosmetics industry, mothers and babies
- Planning, organizing and time management skills.
- Good skills in analyzing and handling situations, adapting and integrating quickly.
- Good office computer skills: Word - Excel - PP.
- Good teamwork skills, high responsibility.
