    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS
    • Clean the room, arrange blankets, pillows, mop the house
    • Cleaning the floor surface: Sweeping, cleaning rough on the floor, vacuuming, mixing floor cleaner to clean the surface.
    • Garbage collection and emptying
    • Clean all indoor and outdoor areas, restrooms, lobby, balconies, dining areas
    • Door cleaning
    • Clean furniture and equipment in the office such as decorations, fans, light bulbs, air conditioners, water purifiers, refrigerators, cups....
    • Cleaning carpets, cleaning sofa tables, …
    • Know how to mix cleaning solutions according to specifications to ensure safety and savings.
    • Wipe and handle stubborn stains on walls and floors.
    • Use modern technology cleaning equipment to reproduce stains, mold, scorch marks on the wall. Recreate damaged, smelly workspaces caused by smoke, fire, and water impact.
    • Understand the rules of operation and use of electrical equipment to avoid damage and ensure safety.
    • Notify management of damaged items that need to be repaired or maintained.
    • Monitor security and safety of the building: Lock doors after working hours, check electrical equipment, disconnect unnecessary items such as fans, light bulbs, water purifiers after working hours.
