JOB DETAILS
- Receive data from the Marketing Ads department, call to advise and answer all questions for customers about products, services and beauty knowledge for customers
- Take care of potential customers
REQUEST
- Have at least 6 months of working experience as a Telesales/Sales/Customer Care staff or equivalent positions
- Clear pronunciation, easy to listen voice
- Familiar with customer management software and telephone systems
- Proficient in sales, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in relationship management skills
- Calm, able to handle rejection situations or arising problems
